I am proud to practice criminal defense law exclusively.
All I do is help people who have been charged with criminal offences: marijuana production,
drug possession and trafficking, assault, fraud, theft, mischief kidnapping, weapons and firearms, driving offenses and many others.
I can often be found running trials and seeking to have my clients acquitted
of the charges they face. I routinely conduct bail hearings where the Crown seeks the jailing
of people merely charged with (and not convicted of) offenses.
Although based in Vancouver, I am available to represent clients in courts throughout
