Most lawyers bill on an hourly basis, sometimes making it difficult
for a client to know how much money he or she will ultimately have to pay to have his or her matter
resolved. I, however, charge a flat fee that includes all potential costs to you. I quote you the
fee up front, so you know how much your matter will cost before I start working on it.
The fee is based on the complexity of your charges, the amount of time it will take to
resolve them, as well as any special considerations that apply to your case. Although the full
retainer is payable prior to the commencement of your trial or hearing, in most situations I can
negotiate a payment plan that is convenient for you.
